Chapter I
The open loop
Every Liminal Spaces reel stops one beat before the answer. In 1927 the psychologist Bluma Zeigarnik reported that people recall interrupted tasks better than finished ones. A story cut off mid-scene leans on the same pull: the question is still there after the screen goes dark.
Chapter II
You are the subject
The narration is in the second person. You wake up. You hear footsteps on the floor above. The viewer is not watching someone else’s nightmare; they are standing in it.
