Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of ViralReelz at viralreelz.net, including the web application, the video generation pipeline and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

“We”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of the Service. “You” means the person using the Service or the organisation on whose behalf they use it. The operator of the Service is:

Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that is higher. If you are under the age of majority, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service produces horror and true-crime content that may not be suitable for younger viewers.

Your account. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@viralreelz.net if you suspect unauthorised use.

What it does. The Service creates short vertical videos by generating scripts, images, narration, captions and renders with AI models and a background rendering pipeline. Which themes are available changes over time.

AI limitations. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. Do not treat it as fact. You are responsible for reviewing output, including scripts about real events and people, before you publish it.

Availability. We may queue, limit or prioritise jobs, and we do not guarantee rendering times, uptime or uninterrupted availability.

• Plans. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Plan features, allowances and prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, and may change; changes to your price take effect from your next billing period.
• Payments. Subscriptions are managed through Clerk Billing and payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method. Taxes may apply.
• Trials. If a plan includes a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
• Credits. Some actions, such as regenerating a hook or a slide, use edit credits. Credits are granted per billing period according to your plan, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire at the end of the period.
• Promotions. Promotional offers apply once per person unless stated otherwise, and we may change or end them at any time.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; after that your account reverts to the free tier.
• Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. If a render fails or is unusable, contact support@viralreelz.net.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property, privacy and publicity rights;
• create or share content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, that involves or appears to involve minors in any sexual context, or that incites violence or self-harm;
• harass victims of crimes, their families or other real people, or present invented allegations about real people as fact;
• impersonate others, doxx anyone, make deceptive deepfakes of private individuals without their consent, spam, or attack or probe our infrastructure;
• get around usage limits, credits, safety controls or access restrictions;
• provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, or for any safety-critical purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the law.

User content. You may submit material such as story choices, settings and images you upload (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content.

Licence to us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, process, adapt and display your User Content and generated output, solely to operate, provide and improve the Service.

Your promises. You confirm that you have the rights needed for your User Content and that it does not break these Terms or the law.

Ownership. As between you and us, we assign to you whatever rights we hold in the videos generated for you, subject to your compliance with these Terms, to any licence terms of the underlying model providers, and to our limited licence above.

Not exclusive. Because AI output is probabilistic, similar output may be generated for others. We do not guarantee that output is unique.

Provider terms. Some model providers restrict certain uses of output. You agree to follow those restrictions where they apply.

We store your account, jobs, logs and media with third-party infrastructure providers, listed in our Privacy Policy. We keep generated videos and their media for as long as needed to provide the Service, normally until you delete them or close your account. Failed or abandoned jobs, and free-tier assets, may be deleted earlier to save space, and we may delete any asset at any time.

When you delete your account, we delete the associated profile, usage records, videos and stored media, except where we must keep information for fraud prevention or legal reasons.

We and our licensors own the platform, its code, workflows, templates, interface and brand. We license them to you on a limited, revocable basis only so that you can use the Service.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction.

The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, billing, payments, storage, AI generation, narration, analytics, monitoring and hosting; they are listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, which may change, suspend or discontinue their services independently of us.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@viralreelz.net with: your contact details; the work you believe is infringed; where the material is on the Service; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable content and, where appropriate, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who processes it and the choices you have.

The Service and all output are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted or secure, or that output will be accurate, unique or suitable for your purpose. You are responsible for your use of output, including obtaining any rights or consents needed to publish it.

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data; and our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; there, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our officers, employees and agents against claims, losses, liabilities and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service or output, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if we believe you have broken these Terms, or if needed to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections on your content, output, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification and governing law survive termination.

We may change the Service and these Terms. We will post the updated Terms here with a new “last updated” date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

Nothing in this section removes protections that the consumer law of your country of residence gives you. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

You confirm that you are not subject to sanctions or located in an embargoed jurisdiction, and that you will not use the Service in breach of export or sanctions laws.

You agree to receive communications about the Service electronically, and that accepting these Terms and the plan details shown at checkout electronically is as binding as a signature.

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies they reference are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
• Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them, for example as part of a reorganisation or sale.
• No waiver. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Notices. We may send you notices in the Service, by email, or through your account.
