ViralReelz (viralreelz.net) is an AI video generator for short vertical videos. This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit the site or use the Service, and the choices you have. The operator, which is the controller of your personal data, is:

• Account data: your name, email address, profile image and how you sign in (for example, by email or with a social account), handled by our authentication provider.
• Billing data: your plan, subscription status and billing history. Card details are collected by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Content: the stories and themes you pick, your settings, the scripts, images, narration and videos generated for you, and any images you upload.
• Usage data: how many videos you have generated this month, your edit-credit balance, and job status and logs for your videos.
• Support messages: what you write to us by email or in the support chat.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device details, server logs and error reports.
• With your consent only: analytics about the pages you visit, and error replays: recordings of some visits and of the moments before an error, with all text masked and media blocked.

• To provide the Service: your account, generating and storing your videos, and enforcing plan allowances. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• To bill you and keep transaction records. Legal basis: contract and legal obligations such as tax law.
• To keep the Service secure, working and improving: preventing abuse and fraud, and finding and fixing errors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a safe, reliable service.
• To answer you when you contact support. Legal basis: contract, or our legitimate interest in helping you.
• To understand how the site is used (analytics) and to diagnose problems from error replays. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

To make a video, we send the story subject, theme, script text, generation settings and, when you ask us to animate a slide, that slide's image to the AI providers listed below. We send only what is needed for the step being run.

Please do not put personal information about yourself or other people into stories or uploaded images.

We use these providers to run the Service. Each processes data on our behalf, under its own privacy terms, linked below.

The image models offered in Settings are made by Black Forest Labs, OpenAI, xAI and ByteDance. Which of the providers above runs each image, animation, music and sound-effect model, and so receives its prompt, is:

Strictly necessary items are always on, because sign-in, checkout and your privacy choices depend on them. Everything else stays off until you allow it in the cookie banner, except that the support chat also loads when you open it yourself. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the site footer.

Several of our providers process data in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses offered by those providers.

• Account data: for as long as your account exists.
• Videos and their media: for as long as needed to provide the Service, normally until you delete them or close your account. Failed or abandoned jobs, and free-tier assets, may be deleted earlier to save space.
• Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires; these are held by our billing providers.
• Logs and error reports: according to our hosting and monitoring providers' retention settings.
• Analytics and error replays: according to the provider's retention settings, and only if you consented.
• Support conversations: as long as needed to resolve your request and keep a record of it.

Everyone can delete their videos from the library at any time, and can ask us for a copy of their data or to delete their account by writing to legal@viralreelz.net.

If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to delete or correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.

We answer requests within the time the law requires, and may need to verify your identity first. You may use an authorised agent where the law allows it.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 13, and its horror and true-crime content may not suit younger viewers. If we learn that we hold personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it. Contact legal@viralreelz.net if you believe this has happened.

We use encryption in transit, keep privileged credentials on the server only, restrict access to production systems, and rely on providers with established security programmes. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. For material changes, we will also tell you by email or in the Service. The Terms of Service explain the rest of our agreement with you.
